As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you provide data warehouse and reporting solutions for our clients using state-of-the art platform and data streaming tools. You assess the requirements for reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analyses, perform data loading jobs and create internationally available reports for the management and specialist departments.

As a Service Desk member, you provide live support for our clients around the world with user applications and industry-specific tools. You manage our global network infrastructure as well as technical workplace equipment, user-relevant end devices and the related user administration.

As a member of our Application Management team, you operate and optimize our business-relevant application landscape and support business processes through automation and digitization initiatives. In addition, you ensure the smooth implementation of changes and optimizations in our global IT structures.

As a Business Analyst, you are the connecting link between our IT team and our clients’ other departments. You create process and product specifications, recommend solutions in regard to business and technical requirements and coordinate the implementation of new corporate systems and applications.

As an EDI Engineer or Java Backend Developer in our Integration Competence Center, you are in charge of steadily improving and maintaining our EDI hub. Direct integrations with our clients’ ERP systems are an essential part of our success through process automation. Together with our Business Analysts, you make an important contribution to our company’s success in the area of integration solutions and product development.

As a member of our Technical Management team, you plan and manage our data center infrastructure as well as the IT systems of our clients’ operative departments, including remote desktop and e-mail services, security systems, server and network infrastructure and many other areas. This department provides 2nd and 3rd level support for operational tasks and works on a wide range of important infrastructure projects for the continuous improvement of our service quality and performance.
